Data transfer from a old machine to a new preinstalled one which can include documents, pictures, photos, video and any other relevant data you wish to retain costs £40.
Data recovery with its lengthy processes needs to be done at the shop due to hardware and software often needed, and as this can take many hours for each hard drive, this costs £80 per drive and the recovered data can then be transfered to whatever format you require including CD, DVD, or to another hard drive, probably the simplest option - depending on the kind of corruption the data may be able to go back on to the same disk as it originated - if no data can be recovered there is no charge.
